Waitlist privacy

This policy describes how information is handled for the DuoVoie opening updates list. Version dated October 12, 2026.

DuoVoie is in preparation: account creation, posting and booking are closed.

Operator and contacts

DuoVoie is operated by 9441-2681 Québec inc. To reach the person responsible for protecting personal information, write to confidentialite@duovoie.com. For questions about the list, write to support@duovoie.com. List emails are sent from bonjour@duovoie.com.

Information and purpose

The list sends you DuoVoie opening updates, taking into account the role, cities and language indicated when you subscribe. It collects your email, role and city selections, language, and the date and evidence of your consent.

The form asks for an email and offers roles and cities to tick. At least one checkbox is required. You can choose the French or English form.

Joining does not create an account or constitute a booking, ride order or payment. The form does not ask for identity documents, a phone number, a home address or payment details. Previous subscribers from the August website are not transferred into this list.

Subscription and consent

You subscribe on the Cyberimpact page linked from the DuoVoie website. The form displays your consent to opening updates. After submitting it, confirm your subscription through the email you receive. Opening updates are sent after this confirmation.

You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in each updates email or request withdrawal of your consent at confidentialite@duovoie.com. The confirmation email is used to validate your request: if you do not wish to join the list, do not confirm your subscription.

Cyberimpact and processing locations

Cyberimpact, based in Boucherville, Québec, provides the hosted form, list management and email delivery. According to its Trust Center, data is hosted and emails are sent in Canada.Source: Cyberimpact — Centre de confiance / Trust Center

Cyberimpact uses subprocessors according to its privacy policy. The Canadian hosting statement does not mean that all of those subprocessors process their data there. The hosted form uses features including reCAPTCHA.Source: Cyberimpact — Politique de confidentialité / Privacy policy
